Job Summary
Fenergo (Fen-X) Configurator

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Fenergo (Fen-X) Configurator who will be responsible for configuring the Fenergo Fen-X platform to support onboarding workflows policies regulatory rules data models and client journeys. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners compliance teams UX designers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure the Fenergo Fen-X platform to support onboarding KYC AML and client lifecycle workflows
Configure policies journeys to support onboarding
Customize rules workflows data models and user interfaces using Fen-X configuration tools
Collaborate with business and compliance teams to interpret and implement regulatory requirements
Build and maintain entity types attributes document checklists risk rules and case management flows
Integrate Fenergo with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. CRM Core Banking Sanctions Screening)
Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles
Work in Agile delivery teams participating in daily stand-ups sprint planning and demos
Maintain configuration documentation and version control using tools like Git and JIRA
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience configuring Fenergo (Fen-X) using the Fen-X Designer or similar low-code platform
In-depth knowledge of KYC AML and onboarding regulations
Experience with JSON XML APIs and integration patterns
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA Confluence
Good communication and collaboration skills
Salary Range- $110000-$130000 a year
