Job Summary

Must Have Skills:

- MS copilot should have build AI agents

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience building AI agents/copilots in production or advanced prototypes (not just prompt writing).
- Proven ability to work independently: self-driven proactive and able to operate with ambiguity.
- SME-level ownership: can think through multiple approaches tradeoffs constraints and execute the best path.
- Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration such as:
- LangChain / LangGraph Semantic Kernel OpenAI Assistants-style tool calling or comparable.
- Experience with RAG and grounding:
- Vector databases hybrid search chunking strategies metadata filtering reranking citations.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals:
- API design data structures error handling concurrency testing performance tuning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/.
- Experience integrating with tools/APIs and building secure services (auth secrets management access controls).
- Excellent communication-able to explain complex concepts and influence decisions across technical/non-technical stakeholders.
