Qualifications:

Prior hospice caregiving experience required
At least 1 year of professional caregiving or home care experience
CNA or HHA certification preferred
Active STNA certification CPR certification and current TB test required
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compassionate dependable and emotionally resilient

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support daily routines including meals and medication reminders
Deliver compassionate end-of-life care focused on comfort and quality of life
Accurately document care and communicate updates with the care team
