Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of branch operations. This role ensures financial performance customer satisfaction and team development aligning with Palmers mission and values. The Branch Manager plays a critical role in driving growth across vehicle sales parts service and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Leadership
- Own and drive overall branch profitability and departmental performance (Sales Parts Service and Administrative).
- Analyze branch financials and take actions to achieve goals.
- Develop and manage branch operating and capital budgets.
- Oversee facilities equipment and inventory management.
Sales & Market Growth
- Actively participate in and support the sales process for all product lines.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Support sales staff in achieving revenue goals and customer retention.
Team Development & Culture
- Lead train and develop branch personnel to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Conduct regular departmental leadership meetings to align goals and encourage collaboration.
- Manage personnel decisions including hiring performance feedback and compensation input.
- Promote Palmers core values through daily interactions: Mission Statement We Believe Statement and 8 Feet & Greet principles.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
- Set and monitor financial and operational objectives in alignment with the companys strategic plan.
- Collaborate with fellow branch managers and corporate departments to ensure alignment and best practices.
- Champion continuous improvement and drive change management initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Other Requirements
Bachelors degree in business management or related field preferred.
10 years of leadership experience ideally within truck/vehicle dealership operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-department operations.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and profitability analysis.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
