Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement comprehensive technical solutions to meet client needs ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyand prioritize projectrequirements anddevelop strategic plans to achieve project goals. Provide technical leadership andexpertiseto guide the development and implementation of technicalsolutions andensure that all solutions areproperly testedandvalidatedbefore deployment. Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation including architecture diagrams technical specifications and implementation plans.
Education and Experience Required:
Must have 5-7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Qualifications
Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing networking and cybersecurity with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability toanalyzecomplex technical problems and develop creative solutions
Experience working in an Account Delivery role with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of account management and customer satisfaction.
