WPAC North America Part Returns - North America
Responsibilities
Review daily part list from Plant PVT or VFG engineers
Provide timely and accurate status on part requests
Liaise with dealers for quicker part returns
Liaise with transport companies for trouble free shipment (timely pickup proper handling of shipments and timely delivery of shipments) and resolve any transportation issues
Ensure proper shipping documents are sent to the dealers (authorization to return document shipping labels customs documents etc.)
Liaise with Suppliers to record analysis results in WPA
Creation of RAC Codes in PEARS.
Interact with different stake holders for Quicker part returns.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 5 years experience
