Role Definitions & Responsibilities
协助生产主管组织和协调生产线各项活动通过数据分析数字化工具开发流程优化以及系统集成等方式提升生产效率质量和可视化水平并确保安全与质量标准的有效执行
数据分析与优化
- 负责收集整理并分析生产相关数据识别瓶颈与改进机会
- 通过数据统计与可视化为提升产线效率品质与稳定性提供决策支持
- 按要求制作并更新各类报表和记录文档
数字化工具开发与应用
- 使用 Power BIPower AppsVBAPython 等工具开发或优化数字化应用
- 搭建自动化报表KPI 仪表板及其他数据可视化工具支持部门日常管理
- 协助团队制作展示并维护各项 KPI
系统集成与优化
- 参与 SAPMES 等信息系统的对接数据流程优化和功能测试
- 提升生产数据的实时性透明度和自动化水平
智能制造技术探索
- 参与研究适用于生产现场的智能制造技术包括工业物联网IIoT自动化设备机器人应用等
- 提出具有可行性的技术方案并支持试点实施
流程数字化改进
- 梳理现有生产流程识别关键节点及数字化提升机会
- 提出并协助实施流程数字化与精益化改善方案
项目支持
- 参与生产数字化转型相关项目负责数据整理技术研究资料准备试点推进等工作
- 通过项目参与推动团队在数字化方向的持续成长
Required Qualifications:
- 计算机科学工业工程自动化数据分析等相关专业优先
- 熟悉 Power BIPower Query 等数据分析与可视化工具
- 具备基本编程能力PythonSQLC# 或 VBA 等其一或多项
- 了解 SAPMES 等企业信息系统者优先
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力能够与生产工程IT 等跨部门团队有效协作
- 思维严谨主动性强具备较强的问题分析与解决能力
- 热衷学习新技术适应快速变化的生产现场环境
