Job Summary
Work Schedule:
Part-time 90% FTE day shift. Monday Friday between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm one day off every pay period. No weekends are required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:
Pay starts at $19.59 per hour work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to:
- Schedule appointments via phone in-person or electronic correspondence.
- Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs.
- Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or other related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required
- Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
- Previous experience scheduling of patients Preferred
- Previous experience with answering phones greeting clients and customers in person Preferred
