Select Physical Therapy is seeking a fulltime Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Elk Grove CA. Our clinic is fully equipped to treat a wide range of conditionsfrom postsurgical and nonoperative cases to work conditioning and returntofunction programs. Minimum 2 years of experience in Hand Therapy required.
Compensation:
- Salary Range starting at: $98000.00 up to $130000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
- Up to $20000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB clinician expertise patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum two years experience in hand therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
