For our Prague office we are looking for an experienced Production Controller with a solid manufacturing background handson experience with SAP and active English skills. If you enjoy diving into numbers understanding how production works and partnering closely with the business this role is exactly for you.

As a key member of our Semiconductor team you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe and contribute to shaping financial processes that support our longterm growth.

What You Will Do

Prepare financial analyses and reports from a management accounting perspective.
Participate in monthly closing activities and internal reporting.
Create and monitor product and cost calculations.
Prepare sales analyses focusing on volumes prices variances and plan vs. actual results.
Analyze production costs material consumption variances and manufacturing order deviations.
Evaluate production centers including cost coverage over/under absorption and performance indicators.
Contribute to the creation of the companys financial plan and forecasts.
Plan and monitor cost centers cooperating directly with center managers and providing recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

University degree in Finance or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production controlling.
Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost calculations (unit costing).
Excellent Excel skills (vlookup sumifs concatenate ifna pivot tables).
Communicative knowledge of English and Czech.
Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
Analytical mindset a proactive and positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
