Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities -
Own and deliver sales onboarding role readiness and ongoing capability programs
Partner with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions
Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (live virtual and blended)
Create and maintain sales learning content (playbooks job aids guides reinforcement tools)
Support sales managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning in the field
Analyze feedback and performance data to improve learning effectiveness
- Stay current on sales best practices methodologies and enablement trends
What we are lookin for -
- 25 years of experience in Sales L&D Sales Enablement Commercial Training or a related role
- Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and sales motions
- Experience designing and facilitating learning for sales or customerfacing teams
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong communication facilitation and contentcreation skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced evolving environment
