What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls to small businesses in Australia (Brisbane market)
- Introduce website and domain hosting solutions
- Follow structured scripts while confidently handling objections
- Identify opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Consistently achieve daily activity targets (50 calls/day)
- Log call outcomes and key insights accurately
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 3-5 years Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (sales-focused not just support)
- Strong English communication (clear confident conversational)
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations to a sale
- Results-driven and used to working with targets/KPIs
- Experience with AU/US clients is highly preferred
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent daily call output (50 calls/day)
- Ability to move conversations from introduction interest conversion
- Comfortable upselling and positioning value (not just reading scripts)
