Job Summary
- Manage and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001/27002 standards.
- Identify assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks including maintaining BIV classifications and Business Impact Analyses.
- Support audit preparation track improvements and ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (including NIS2).
- Advise stakeholders and management on effective risk mitigation strategies and security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity into business continuity and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies documentation and annual security plans.
- 5 years of experience in information security and cybersecurity especially in critical/operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 and OT security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443.
- Experience with NIS2 directive and regulatory compliance.
- Solid understanding of risk management ISMS and business continuity planning.
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analyze complex security challenges and provide practical risk-based solutions.
- Work independently and proactively in managing security initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance governance and documentation of security processes.
- Drive awareness and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.
