In this role you will manage all project related correspondence between the company and their clients maintain project schedules coordinate and prioritize all phases of the production process and efficiently manage job costs.
This position is a Direct Hire role that is a long-term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of project drawings and specifications
- Experienced in commercial architectural millwork
- Working knowledge of take off principles
- Strong leadership with the ability to positively motivate peers and employees
- Familiar with the commercial construction process
- Experience in job costing and budget management
