In this dynamic environment we are looking for graduates or early-stage professionals to join our high-performingDeals& StrategyM&A-Corporate Financeteamwhich hassuccessfully executedapproximately50 M&A transactions in the last 5 years andisranked as the #1 M&A Advisor in Greece for the 4th consecutive (a) theCorporate Financeand (b) theFS Corporate Financepractices (as detailed below).

Corporate Finance:
TheM&A-Corporate Finance team provides advisory services for mergers and acquisitionsdivestitures and capital raisingacross allnon-financialsectorsof the economy. Weassistclients in buying or selling businesses raising capital and driving funding efficiencies. Our services includedealorigination valuation due diligence coordination and negotiation support. The team leverages PwCs global network to provide clients with access to potential buyers or investors and offers strategic advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
FS Corporate Finance:
TheFS (Financial Services) Corporate Finance team focuses on M&A and transaction advisory services specifically for the financial services sector. We help clients navigate complex transactions including acquisitions mergers and divestitures within the banking insurance and fintech industries. The teamprovidesstrategic advicedeal originationand executionvaluation due diligence coordination andnegotiationsupportto ensure successful transactions that align with clients strategicobjectives.
As part of our team you will:
Contribute to high-profile M&A transactions advising clients on strategic initiatives thatimpactdifferent sectors and the Greek economy
Apply advanced financial modeling valuation techniques and in-depth financial analysis to support complex transactions and strategic decision-making
Support the full transaction lifecycle including market screening identification of potential targets or investors and execution of deals
Preparemarketing and transaction materials such as pitch books and tailored client presentations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (taxlegal regulatory risk) to manage transaction complexities and ensure smooth execution
Build andmaintainstrong relationships withC-suite executives senior professionalsand industry stakeholders contributing to clients growth ambitions
What you bring matters
Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelorsand/orMastersdegree)inthe following areas: Finance Economics Accounting Mathematics Engineeringor relevant discipline
Up to 1-year professional experience in the financial advisory sectorbankingor management consulting industry
A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards ( Greek GAAP Greek chart of accounts) and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas
Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Analyticalthinking and strong financial acumen to solve complex problems
Confidentpositiveand proactiveattitude
Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
Effective collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in English andGreek
Other elementsthat would be highly regarded include:
Knowledge of Power tools (Pivot Query BI) Alteryxor other programminglanguages
A relevant professional qualification (ACCA ACA CFA)in progress or completed
