What will you be doing

You will be delivering Employability Skills Training programs to our participants including:

  • Deliver courses in line with the requirements of the relevant contractual requirements.
  • Deliver training in a diverse range of environments including classroom workplace and online.
  • Provide tailored support and guidance to maximise every learners chance to build their employability skills and competencies toward successful completion of the course.
  • Participate in and support the development of course materials.
  • Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging as per our Learning Management System.
  • Adapt the course resources pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery.

Who are you

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written including report writing
  • Attention to detail organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
  • Ability to establish and create networks across employment service providers
  • High level communication skills both oral and written
  • Work experience within the relevant industry and job role/s
  • Training & assessment or facilitator experience in classroom workplace and/or online settings.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or demonstrated relevant experience desired not essential

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
