Position Title: Procurement Summer InternPay Rate: $20.50/hour - $26.00/hour Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is placed in the pay Non-Exempt Full-TimeThe Job You Will Perform:Global Cellulose Fibers Procurement Organization will sponsor a three (3) month Intern & Energy Procurement Intern: While learning about procurement of chemicals and energy the summer intern(s) may have an opportunity to:Participate in the bid process for various chemical categories complete supplier evaluation and vet their in contracting strategies to deliver lower carbon emissions chemistries for our manufacturing FERC compliance for our manufacturing locations as it pertains to our energy sales and procurement activities as qualified facilities under the combined heat and power or small power producer rules. Support federal filings for compliance of EQR 556 and 552 partnership with our energy attorney update compliance plan and training documentation to close gaps and sustain future performance. Support contractual updates and notifications from recent ownership change. Support creation and execution of non-disclosure agreements with business partners as needed. Support the management and sale of renewable energy credits for the GCF use of business tools to support improving contract management in the manufacturing sites.
