Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician lll is a senior-level maintenance professional responsible for advanced troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of casino facilities and equipment. This role serves as a technical leader supporting entry level technicians ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining uninterrupted casino operations in a fast paced 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics repairs and maintenance on HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and building systems.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime and guest disruption.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document completed work.
Troubleshoot complex facility issues and recommend long term solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations OSHA standards and casino policies.
Support renovations equipment installations and facility upgrades.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
Minimum of 5 years facility maintenance experience (casino hospitality or commercial environment preferred)
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems HVAC plumbing carpentry and general building maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Ability to complete all required training on a computer.
Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
