Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst Consultant to support enhance and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft HCM and Financials systems. This role focuses on system implementation customization integration and ongoing support to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop deploy and support delivered and custom modules for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Financials 9.2
Design build and maintain system interfaces with internal and external applications
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across platforms
Implement and maintain strong data security and access controls
Support system upgrades patches and new technology initiatives
Create and maintain technical and business documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Accounting Finance Business Administration or equivalent experience
10 years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM systems
Strong experience in full SDLC: requirements analysis development testing and implementation
