Experienced Insurance Agent
Runkles is seeking an experienced client-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who excels at building lasting relationships advising clients on the right coverage and driving both new business and retention. Youll play a key role in supporting our community by delivering tailored insurance solutions while contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients understanding their needs and recommending appropriate coverage
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service
- Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected as their needs evolve
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business through referrals networking and community engagement
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across personal and/or commercial lines
- Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals
Policy & Account Management
- Quote bind and service policies across multiple carriers
- Explain coverage options exclusions and pricing clearly to clients
- Manage renewals endorsements and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner
Claims Support & Advocacy
- Assist clients through the claims process providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution
- Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to support positive outcomes
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency systems
- Ensure all activities meet state regulations and carrier guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
- 3 years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment
- Proven track record of client retention and/or new business production
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
- Spanish speaking a plus
