Responsible for BSN Advisory Business and to assist Key Account Director in monitoring and delivering regional sales target by achieving or exceeding pre-determined budget via planning organizing and execution of marketing activities and rapport building with internal and external parties - BSN.

  • To provide the necessary support to Regional Head/Business Development Manager to enable them generate market leads and close new deals. Manage strong relationships with banks business partners able to plan develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns and incentive programs.

  • To achieve the agreed overall Advisory target YTD

  • Manage and assist RH/BDM on any inquiries related to HQ matters.

  • Bridge between Prubsn Management and RH/BDM in ensuring 100% implementation of agreed marketing strategies and prudent management.

  • Work closely with BSN HQ (WM) and sales teams to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities including post-campaign reviews

  • Act as the bridge between internal department and business partners in ensuring development and implementation of all campaigns and activities including sales kits market research and business analysis.

  • To set monthly sales meeting and update performances plus governance matters

  • To ensure all Takaful activities at state levels(nationwide) with involvement from all related parties (BSN Team branch front liners (BSN tellers) and sales team).

  • To assist in monitoring periodic sales performance review via daily sales hurdle weekly sales review discussion and monthly sales meeting with timely delivery of sales report.

  • To assist in managing strong relationships with BSN PICs at HQ Level and specialists with zero complaints on service quality and delivery.

  • Participate in projects allocated by the Management.

  • Ensures section complies with all regulatory and corporate requirements.

  • Work closely with department colleagues to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and

  • incentive activities including post-campaign reviews.

  • Collaborate with all internal and external customers to ensure successful and smooth product enhancement development and launch.

  • Work closely with Training Department plan for training to make sure CPD Hours completed for all seller

  • Conduct interview session for nationwide recruitment for Takaful Specialist and to ensure headcount completed.

  • Work closely with Customers Service team to update welcome call status and any complaint receive.

  • Collaborate with all internal department and product team to ensure successful and smooth product

  • Participate in projects allocated by the Management enhancement development and launch.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with at least a degree

  • At least 4-10 year(s) of working experience in banking insurance or financial industry

  • Preferably specializing in Wealth Advisory and online product marketing

  • Proven track record in Bancassurance/ Credit Wealth Management/Online Business

  • Knowledge of Bancatakaful/ or related industry equivalent

  • Creative & strategic planning skills
