We are seeking a dedicated and compassionateSupport Worker (Male)to join our team in Hailsham. As aSupport Worker you will provide personalised support to an individual with an acquired brain injury and epilepsy assisting with daily living activities promoting independence and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
ThisSupport Workerrole is ideal for someone patient caring and committed to making a meaningful difference in someones life. You will also be responsible for safely transporting the individual to appointments and activities so a full UK driving licence is essential.

- Trampolining
- Ball games
- Picnics
- Spending time outdoors
- Having fun and enjoying life
This is a male-only role due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (Section 9 Part 1A).

- Provide person-centred care and daily support
- Encourage independence and promote life skills
- Support with outdoor activities hobbies and community access
- Assist with structured routines and personal care

- Build a positive and trusting relationship with the individual you support
Who Were Looking For
- Experience in a care role preferred but full training provided
- Compassionate patient and reliable
- Confident driving and transporting service users safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and committed to part-time hours
