Job Summary
Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and organized Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast service operations in Umluj Saudi this supervisory role you will oversee all aspects of the breakfast service manage a dedicated team and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency that define the Fairmont brand.
- Supervise and manage breakfast service staff including scheduling training and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality breakfast service that exceeds guest expectations
- Monitor food safety hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Coordinate daily operations between breakfast service kitchen and housekeeping departments
- Manage inventory ordering and stock control for breakfast supplies and equipment
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to maintain service excellence and operational knowledge
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports including service metrics and staff performance records
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and company policies
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming breakfast service environment
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations
- Proven experience managing breakfast service operations in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety hygiene standards and health regulations
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Customer service excellence and guest-focused mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferred
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and Fairmont service philosophy is advantageous
