Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join our recruitment team in Cairo this permanent position you will be responsible for identifying attracting and engaging top talent through strategic sourcing initiatives. Working collaboratively with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders you will build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support our organisations growth and talent acquisition objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills analytical capability and a genuine passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies utilising multiple recruitment channels including LinkedIn Recruiter applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networks
- Conduct advanced candidate searches using Boolean search techniques and other advanced search methodologies to identify passive and active candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across various departments and levels
- Screen and qualify candidates based on specified criteria ensuring alignment with role requirements and organisational culture
- Engage with candidates through various communication channels providing information about opportunities and nurturing relationships for future placements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements job specifications and desired candidate profiles
- Analyse recruitment metrics and sourcing data to optimise recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire
- Maintain accurate and organised candidate records within the ATS and recruitment databases
- Stay informed of industry trends market conditions and talent availability within the Egyptian labour market
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in talent acquisition sourcing recruitment or related HR function (minimum 23 years)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced search methodologies
- Excellent people skills and ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong time keeping and organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are desirable
- Proficiency in candidate screening and qualification processes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
- Experience with employer branding and passive candidate engagement is desirable
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes is advantageous
