VP, Data and AI Products
Job Summary
The VP Data and AI Products is responsible for architecting and delivering our centralized Enterprise Data Lake driving actionable business intelligence through advanced analytics and leveraging our proprietary data foundation to build launch and scale differentiating AI applications and products.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect the Data Vision: Define and execute the strategy for a scalable secure and highly accessible Enterprise Data Lake ensuring all proprietary company data is captured cleaned and organized.
- Data Governance & Quality: Establish robust data governance privacy and compliance frameworks. Ensure data integrity so that internal teams and AI models can trust the foundation.
- Data Democratization: Treat the Data Lake as an internal product. Create intuitive access layers APIs and self-serve capabilities for internal stakeholders engineers and data scientists.
- Strategic BI & Reporting: Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise-wide Business Intelligence dashboards reporting frameworks and visualization tools to drive operational excellence and visibility at the executive level.
- Self-Service Analytics: Empower business units (Marketing Sales Finance Operations) with self-service analytics capabilities reducing bottlenecks and fostering real-time decentralized decision-making.
- Predictive & Prescriptive Insights: Drive the organizations evolution from descriptive reporting (what happened) to predictive and prescriptive analytics (what will happen and what we should do) to uncover optimization opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Data Literacy: Champion a data-driven culture across the company. Establish programs to elevate data literacy ensuring teams have the skills and context to interpret analytics accurately and use them to shape business strategy.
- Product Strategy: Define the roadmap for disruptive AI/ML products and features. Identify high-ROI
- opportunities where our proprietary data can create a defensible moat and drive measurable business value.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Lead the discovery development launch and iteration of AI-native applications (leveraging GenAI predictive models and LLMs).
- Commercialization: Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales and Marketing teams to position price and successfully launch new AI products to the market.
Qualifications :
- Degree in a business or technical field (e.g. statistics applied mathematics data science computer science operations research)
