Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead operations at our Louisville United States location (3951 Taylorsville Rd). In this pivotal role you will drive strategic initiatives oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives. - Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth profitability and market competitiveness
- Lead mentor and manage a diverse team fostering a culture of accountability professional development and continuous improvement
- Oversee all operational functions including budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to inform data-driven decision-making
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and stakeholders to support business objectives
- Implement and enforce organizational policies procedures and compliance standards across all operations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive organizational change initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership on operational performance and strategic progress

Qualifications :
