Job Summary
Bio Fab Technologies is a custom stainless-steel fabricator that manufactures equipment for the Food and Pharmaceutical industries and with our continued growth we are looking to add an impact player to our team as a Polisher.
The polisher discolors and polishes various stainless steel parts including frames manifolds adapters and spools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Improvement of surface finish and correction of any material defects on stainless steel material.
- Operates equipment in accordance with specifications. Equipment may include pneumatic and electric hand grinders pedestal grinders and buffers.
- Maintains tools and machinery as needed.
- Performs with high attention to detail and produces high-quality parts.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations including the use of PPE.
- Assures parts are clean and placed in their respective areas for the next manufacturing process.
- Maintains a clean safe and orderly work area at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentations (work orders drawings and specifications).
- Ability to follow work instructions and work well in a team.
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5years of polishing stainless-steel materials preferred
- Must be able to lift parts up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged time periods.
- Exposure to dust odors oil fumes noise and different climate temperatures.
- Visual acuity to read instructions operate machines and inspect parts produced.
