Hours: 32 Hours/Week Guaranteed
Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient rehabilitation and recovery. The ideal candidate will work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver effective treatment plans and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapist
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment
- Support overall clinic operations and patient flow
Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona PTA License (required at submission OR proof of application with ETA)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior clinical or outpatient experience
- Experience working with orthopedic or post-operative patients
