Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repair and maintenance on all components including engines transmissions and EVs.
Diagnose and Test-drive complex mechanical and electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize GM diagnostic tools and software to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair timelines and necessary parts.
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as an Automotive Technician or Diesel Technician (Dealership experience preferred).
Certifications: State Certifications required and ASE certifications are highly valued (Technician Excellence Program Match).
Technical Skill: Proficiency in engine teardowns transmission repair and chassis work.
Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools.
Mindset: A strong work ethic attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
- Driving: ValidDrivers license and a clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
