Job Summary
Looking to hire an experienced veterinary receptionist!
Under the supervision of the Practice Manager the Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for outstanding customer service office operations scheduling appointments general clerical and operating the cash register as necessary.
The Veterinary Receptionist must at all times maintain a warm yet professional appearance and demeanor as they work directly with clients guests and staff to provide courteous friendly and professional assistance. The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact between a customer and Brandon Lakes Animal Hospital and thus is responsible for ensuring that this first encounter is positive for the customer. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance whatever a client needs within the scope of our mission is to be provided to the best of our abilities.
