Job Summary
Westhaven a Cassia community is hiring PRN Caregivers for our Assisted Living. This flexible as-needed role is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up extra hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. As a PRN Caregiver at Westhaven Assisted Living you will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity independence and comfort. Youll provide hands-on support respond to resident needs and collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with a genuine heart for serving seniors.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide residents with desired services in a caring safe and timely manner.
- Provide redirection reassurance emotional and psychological support to residents and family members.
- Assist residents with personal care with dignity and grace.
- Document services performed on computerized charting system.
- Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude reaction and appetite to the supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Prior experience preferred but will train.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Clear documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information
