Job Summary
At Ray Laethem Dealership is looking for a full time Service Scheduler. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable high-quality automotive service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Were looking for an organized and customer focused Automotive Service Scheduler to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Position Overview: The Automotive Service Scheduler is responsible for managing service appointments while also handling customer transactions. You will be the first and last point of contact for many customers helping ensure a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone email and online systems
- Communicate clearly with customers about service timelines availability and updates
- Greet customers in person and assist with service check-in/check-out
- Process payments accurately (cash debit credit) and issue receipts
- Balance cash drawer and handle daily transaction records
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment or customer service role preferred
- Cash handling or cashier experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using multiple computer programs
