We are hiring a Lead Carpenter on a Superintendent track someone who wants ownership growth and leadership.

The Role

You will:

Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects
Help supervise 13 active job sites
Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor
Perform quality control inspections
Maintain clean organized safe jobsites
Order lumber and standard materials
Complete daily logs and administrative tracking
Communicate clearly with PMs inspectors subs and homeowners
Train and mentor junior team members

This is a leadership development role.
High performers will move into a Superintendent position.

What We Expect

Minimum qualifications:

Journeyman-level residential construction experience
Strong plan reading and layout skills
Familiarity with CA Residential Building Code
Solid math skills
Experience working within structured systems (not chaotic jobsites)
Clear professional communication

Organized and process-oriented
Results-driven (good and on time beats perfect and late)
Candid and accountable
Customer-focused
Comfortable using software tools for tracking work
