Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Supervision & Monitoring of Electrical Equipment Installation works.
- Review of installation drawings and execution as per the drawings.
- Planning & scheduling of all Installation activities within the project time frame.
- Forecasting in advance of critical tasks / material requirements to avoid delays.
- Progress reporting & monitoring on daily and weekly basis.
- Coordination with client for daytoday activities.
- Coordination with different agencies and resources planning for each activity.
- Implementation of all Quality and Safety procedures.
- Implementation of all Installation method statements and risk assessments.
- Receiving of all Equipments / Materials and arranging inspection with client.
- Reporting of NonConformance related to failures of Equipments / Components
- Prepare field material requisitions for permanent plant materials and equipment. Assists in
coordination of vendor material deliveries. Interfaces with Procurement regarding materials. - Manage and maintain configuration control. Generate change documents (ECNs NCRs) and
asbuilts. - Controls Material & Test Equipment (M&TE) Preservation/Calibration/Handling
- Review and maintain records on construction installations and testing. Develop and monitor inspection and testing methods.
- Monitoring and control of site running cost.
- Monitoring & Control of site housekeeping cleaning & maintaining healthy environment.
- Monitoring & Control for safety & security of site materials.
- Developing of red markup drawings modification as per site requirement for As Built Drawings.
- Clearing of all punch list.
- Manage turnover of completed project systems and facilities including preparation of all
necessary documentation. - Reporting of ROE for the completed project for each activity.
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering & Registered in Saudi Council of Engineering .
- Experience : Minimum Five Years as Testing & Commissioning Engineer Working in EHV / HV SubStation Projects .
- Mobility : Must be willing to move within Saudi Arabia as per the Business Requirements
- KSA National preferred
