INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide customers with reliable and competent advice on products and services
- Handle and process incoming orders returns and repairs
- Maintain showroom and warehouse area (product presentation and shelf management)
- Manage replenishment of out-of-stock articles (ordering receival and storage of goods as well as the monitoring of the inventory)
- Proactively call customers and activate them to visit the depot
- Deliver special orders same day with our own van (in case no separate driver is available)
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage depot stock in collaboration with supply chain dpmt.
