Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality dispensing services ensuring patients receive the best optical solutions for their needs
Provide expert advice on frames lenses and optical products
Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate fitting and adjustments
Build strong relationships with patients offering a personalised service
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Requirements

Previous experience working in an independent opticians (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient-focused approach with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a small dedicated team
Professional and approachable manner
