Ophthalmologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed medical team in Pune Maharashtra. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional looking to contribute to exceptional eye care services.

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose a wide range of ophthalmic conditions.
• Perform ophthalmic surgeries including but not limited to phacoemulsification and retinal procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and corrective lenses.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to surgical patients.
• Educate patients and their families on eye health and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in ophthalmology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the ophthalmology department.

• Medical degree (MS/MD) in Ophthalmology.
• Specialty certifications such as DNB Ophthalmology DO are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in ophthalmology.
• Proficiency in surgical procedures including Phacoemulsification and Retina surgery.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Ophthalmology principles.
• Excellent diagnostic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice medicine in India.
• Registered with the relevant medical council in Maharashtra.
