What are we looking for

From Mapon we are looking for a Trainee in the Operations Department. This person will work closely with the Operational Specialist on a daily basis learning new procedures communicating with suppliers and others. You will report directly to the Operational Manager.

Main duties:

• Work close and provide support to the Operational Specialist;
• Process warehouse shipments and deliveries to clients;
• Support the Operational Specialist with the periodical stock controls shipping and receiving orders processing the order in internal systems
• Participate in communications with the Head of Sales in order to keep the optimized stock;
• Receive orders from the HQ processing them according to the internal procedures;
• Follow the established workflows in the warehouse shippings and other administrative processes;
• Communicate with the outsourced installation service;
• Set installation tasks for the in house technician and outsourced installation service using email and phone;
• Support Direct Manager with the invoicing tasks;
• Perform additional duties as instructed by the Direct Manager;
• Report on a weekly basis to the Operational Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is not required;
• Currently enrolled in a Vocational Training program (FP) in Logistics Transport International Trade or a related field and actively seeking an internship opportunity to formalize a traineeship agreement.
• Willingness to learn new processes and new tasks in warehouse and administrative duties continuously;
• Being responsible with the assigned tasks by the Operational Specialist
• Effective communication skills in order to provide key information to Direct Manager or other departments;
• Organized and proactive attitude being able to follow the instructions and being able to find the next task to do independently;
• Fluent in Spanish and English

We offer:

Monthly salary starting from EUR 450 (before taxes).

Part Time job.

Flexible schedule; suggested 9:00 - 13:30 Monday to Friday.
