Sheehy Ford Richmond (Municipal)has an immediate opening for aFull-Time Automotive Administrative Assistantto join the Municipal Sales Team. Candidates must be organized highly motivated with good work ethics good communication skillsand able to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Maintains weekly monthly and yearly sales reporting to include sales programs and contests
- Supports company events as needed
- Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
Requirements
- Automotive experience preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK experience a plus
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening MVR and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
