Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities

Higher national diploma (HND) or Diploma in an Engineering from a
recognized professional institution or Bachelor's degree from a recognized
University or an equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of
Warehouse.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehousing environment with a minimum
of 2 Years in the oil and gas sector and with at least 2 years at Senior Storeman level.
Experience in dealing with vendors suppliers and contractors in the oil and
gas sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM module will be an advantage.
Good written and oral English skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
Good adaptability to multinational environments with wide exposure to
various cultures and customs.
IMDG Certificate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain smooth coordination with other storekeeper end-user focal points
other supply organization personnel.
Work with Supervisors closely to update statistics on a daily basis and
ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions posted in system.
Ensure safe material handling and good housekeeping in respective work environment.
Ensure all works performed within warehouse premises are executed per
JSA meeting all work management requirement.

Required Skills:

SAP and Office 365 apps.
