Job Summary

By joining us as a Specialist I Order Entry you will provide excellent support for Fluid and Motion Control trade operations regarding order entry and processing. You will act as an interface between sales offices and representatives to manage sales orders efficiently.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Check the order documents for completeness.
- Enter data orders and items into the Business System for all orders from different customers.
- Coordinate with support groups and/or regional offices to complete customers requests.
- Identify issues that need customer concern.
- Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations process updates issues and challenges.
- Log individual productivity daily.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in any 4-year course.
- 6 months of relevant experience in order/data entry.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent typing skills.
