Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Oncology Neuro Cognition Voice
Location:2225 W Southern Ave Suite B Mesa AZ 85202
Incentives: Up to $20000 Bonus and $350/Month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday
Our Banner Physical Therapy center in the Mesa is looking for a licensed speech language pathologist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. We currently have a team of 2 PTs 1 OTs and an SLP who treat a diverse patient caseload. Caseload will be a mix of oncology neuro cognition and voice. CFY not available for this position.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900 specially trained multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing SLPs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Speech Language Pathology
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
