Key Responsibilities
- Write optimize and maintain complex SQL queries stored procedures and functions
- Design and manage database structures (tables indexes views)
- Perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) tasks
- Analyze large datasets to support business decisions
- Ensure data integrity security and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot database issues and improve query performance
- Collaborate with developers analysts and stakeholders
- Generate reports using SQL-based tools
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Experience with databases like:
- MySQL
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- Oracle
- Understanding of:
- Joins Subqueries Indexes
- Stored Procedures & Triggers
- Normalization & Database Design
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Experience in cloud databases (AWS Azure GCP)
