Job Summary

Our client a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences is looking for a Scientist I based out of San Diego CA.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Rate: $49/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

Perform T-cell engineering using non-viral transfection (electroporation/nucleofection)
Run screening and functional assays (flow cytometry cytotoxicity cytokine analysis)
Maintain and culture primary T cells and cell lines
Analyze data (FlowJo) and document experiments in ELN
Support high-throughput screening and binder validation

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Immunology Molecular Biology or related field
2 years of wet lab experience (industry preferred)
Strong expertise in flow cytometry (FACS)
Experience with T-cell assays ELISA/Luminex and aseptic techniques
Preferred: Non-viral transfection and automation experience
