INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Take responsibility drive depot staff and business to achieve area sales targets
- Implement new or existing guidelines and work instructions
- Secure cd-compliant implementation of product sales action presentation and merchandising
- Manage and adjust stock according sales behavior and regional conditions considering annual maximum stock levels and ranges
- Prepare rosters
- Consult customers and process orders and deliveries
- Proactively call customers and activate them to visit the depotorganize in-house exhibitions customer trainings and events
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drive sales performance in close collaboration with lead sales
- Manage depot stock in collaboration with supply chain dpmt.
