Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable PartTime Receptionist to join our team at Lumino Pitt Street.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing great customer service. No prior qualifications or experience are required as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and providing a positive first impression
- Answering phones and managing appointments
- Handling general reception and administrative duties
- Supporting the clinical team as needed
Hours for this role:
- Saturday -10am to 6pm
Qualifications :
- A warm professional and customerfocused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Confidence using computers (or openness to learning)
