Job Summary

What will you be doing

Were seeking a talented individual to join our Learning Development team in London which is responsible for providing administrative support to the Early Careers Development Team with all aspects of the Professional Services Early Careers Development Programme.

As Early Careers Development Associate your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Scheduling programme courses co-ordinating the bookings process with internal training contacts monitoring bookings sending out joining instructions and course evaluation forms.
  • Organise room bookings meeting invitations equipment and refreshment requirements for training.
  • Support course presenters by printing required material for all courses arranging briefing meetings with facilitators and organising exercises as agreed with the presenter and ensure sufficient stationery supplies are in stock for use on courses.
  • Project management of Professional Services Induction week including welcome emails to trainees signing up trainees to their Professional Body and Apprenticeship and organising internal and external speakers.
  • Source external training venues when required ensure we are getting the best price and liaise with external venue regarding the requirements for courses.
  • Liaise with external training providers for in-house courses/workshops and tuition provider for all professional qualification queries.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should:

  • Strong administrative skills ideally within a Financial Services environment
  • Administration and training coordination experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Office packages
  • Ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines

Desired:

Ideally educated to bachelors degree level (or equivalent)
