What you will be doing:
- Provide warm engaging and personalized service to Fairmont Gold guests in the lounge
- Set up maintain and refresh food and beverage presentations for breakfast canapés and beverage service
- Ensure cleanliness organization and presentation standards are consistently upheld in the lounge and service areas
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance the overall experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages including coffee tea and alcoholic beverages where applicable
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
- Follow all health safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Fairmont Gold and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism ensuring timely resolution
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset
- Service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-standard environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsible beverage service certification (Serving It Right) required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
