Job Summary
- Supervise evaluate discipline and direct work assignments of slot repair
- employees.
- Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel gaming
- regulatory agency employees and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance.
- Organize machine placement on casino floor.
- Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot
- equipment and parts.
- Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff.
- Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory.
- Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot
- machinery.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics electronics and electrical
- functions of gaming machines.
- Two (2) years of experience in slots or a related field or graduate from slot repair
- school or similar course of study strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work with various hand tools and power tools.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to stoop over kneel and crouch while repairing gaming machines.
- Must be able to push and pull machines and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
