We are hiring German & Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role in Belgium within a structured and professional environment.

Your role:
Manage customer interactions (phone/email)
Provide support related to services and products
Maintain high customer satisfaction

Location: Ghent Belgium

Work conditions:
24/7 rotational shifts
7h30/day 30 min break
Hybrid after training

Important notes:
Initial contracts are 136 months
First month fully on-site
Only 1 day/week remote after training

Requirements:
German & Dutch fluency
Customer-focused mindset
Flexibility with shifts
